**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Full spectrum secretary role support to Finance & Operation Director. (book air ticket, accommodation, transportation arrangement, schedule arrangement)
- Compiling and preparing itineraries, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Organising and planning meetings and taking notes and minutes.
- Liaising with staffs, suppliers, and clients.
- Personal assistance for top management when necessary (grocery purchase & house maintenance)
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Director
**Requirements**:

- Travelling oversea required
