**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintains oversight of all daily administrative functions which include supply of stationery, pantry, office equipment, telecommunication, leasing, insurance, office maintenance, staff travel and general IT coordination.
- Answering main line, screen calls, take messages and direct calls to respective staff.
- Arrangement of all company events, parties and lunch meetings for staff and visitors.
- Run errand for office and miscellaneous purchase whenever required.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in business administration or related qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on relevant experiences.
- Able to work independently.
- Available immediately or short notice.
