Roles & Responsibilities
The Front Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to Front Office; ensuring a successful day-to-day operation within the office. This function also includes liaisons between external and internal guests. The incumbent responsibilities also include secretarial support to the Front Office and the rendering of secretarial and clerical services to the Director(s).
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Support the retail operation by answering phone calls and attending to walk-in customers.
- Perform general administrative duties within the front office and retail area.
- Attend to a variety of office administrative details such as maintaining and ordering of office supplies, arranging for the repair or maintenance of equipment, transmitting information, and keeping reference materials up-to-date.
- Attend and record meeting minutes of meetings organised within the company.
- Safe keep of records/documents which include, but are not restricted to; accounting and debtors records.
- Plan and organise internal and external events / activities / gatherings.
- Recommend and (where appropriate) lead in the design and implementation of ad hoc projects in coordination with the Director(s).
- Keep record and document of paperwork.
- Prepare IT accesses, accounts, printing, counting of stocks and stock entry.
- Arrange delivery of goods to clients/customers.
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
