**About The Role**:
We’re looking for analytical and passionate people to join our team as **Client Success / Relationship Management Intern**based in Jakarta Indonesia. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about client relationship management, gain hands-on experience in supporting customers, and develop skills in problem-solving and communication.
**Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Assist the Customer Success team in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth start to their journey.
- Support customer queries by providing timely responses and solutions.
- Gather client feedback and share insights to improve processes.
- Help track customer satisfaction metrics and maintain records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs.
**About You**:
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Able to assist clients with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in additional languages (such as Bahasa, Chinese) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience with a CRM tool and record-keeping.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a customer-centric environment.
