You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, communicating effectively to provide answers to their questions, and ensuring that customer sentiment is positive.
As an advocate for your clients, you will lead cross-functional efforts to solve problems and contribute to a positive team environment of collaboration, customer empathy, equality, and inclusion.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer success, has strong technical skills, and a previous background in ecommerce or general strategic marketing solutions.
As we expand our presence across Asia, fluency in an additional Asian language, especially Mandarin, will be a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for SMB Klaviyo customers.
- Strategically consult with customers to devise strategies to increase email and SMS revenue.
- Use creative problem-solving to help customers reach their business goals and maximize the value they get from Klaviyo.
We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in customer success roles.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer success, strong technical skills, and a previous background in ecommerce or general strategic marketing solutions.
