**Senior Executive, CMTi (6-month contract)**

**SUMMARY**:

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Partnership engagement with industries, government agencies and academia
-Management of key initiatives with key partners include the set-up of Medtech thematics partnership programes
-Planning and Organization of key events (eg SHBC)
-Facilitation of inter-institutional collaboration on Medtech projects and programs
-Management of CMTi project grant team
-Setting out of CMTi policy and processes

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Business Administration, Health Sciences Studies and at least 2 years’ experience in business and technical development of Medical Technologies
-Experience and knowledge in IP are required
-Experience in negotiating of business deals such as licensing, procurement, start-up etc
-Keen interest in innovation and MedTech development
-Ability to negotiate skillfully and structure deals with partners
-Ability to communicate and work well with people at all levels
-Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
-A team player
-Good writing and presentation skills
-Positive attitude and a pleasant disposition
