Title: Sr Executive

Centre for MedTech & Innovation Office (CMTi)

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying unmet clinical needs in collaboration with clinicians
- Oversee the innovation pipeline and portfolio to make sure that projects are in line with business priorities and resource restrictions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinicians, industries) to discover emerging solutions
- Support innovation projects, develop and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and collaborators.
- Conduct ideation and brainstorming sessions, and oversee the selection and prioritization of new ideas. - Work with CMTi leadership to identify and prioritize innovation possibilities.
- Provide progress updates on the development of innovation efforts.
- Create and manage innovation measurements and key performance indicators (KPIs), and regularly update stakeholders on the performance of innovation programs.
- Coordinate and supervise innovation schedules, resources, and projects to guarantee effective project delivery - Recognize and assess emerging trends and technologies and offer suggestions on how to use them to spur innovation and enhance patient outcomes
- Advocate for innovation within National Healthcare Group by fostering a climate of imagination, risk-taking, and ongoing development.
- Taking care of and promoting intellectual property

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related profession, such as engineering, business, or healthcare
- 3-4 years' minimum experience in management of innovation, healthcare innovation, or a similar sector
- Strong familiarity with innovation management approaches, concepts, and tools
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, a meticulous attention to detail
- Possessing the capacity to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, innovative environment
- Enthusiasm for advancing patient outcomes through innovation and creativity
- Knowledge of intellectual property
- Knowledge of grant administration
