**The opportunity
**The role is responsible for supporting the department in the PMO function and reporting into the Head of Change and Transformation. The incumbent will play an important role in establishing portfolio management standards, guidelines and sets up portfolio governance structure which aligned with Regional PMO governance

**What we are looking for**
- Diploma/degree qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience; related experience in governance is a big plus
- Good listening skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Meticulous and resourceful.
- A fast learner with good problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal communication.
**What you will do in the role (in detail)**
- Work with related stakeholders to develop enterprise portfolio blueprint which aligned with corporate strategic goals and strategy
- Establish portfolio management standards, guidelines and sets up portfolio governance structure which aligned with Regional PMO governance
- Work closely with Regional PMO identify standards, guidelines for country portfolio governance implementation
- Manage communications from Regional PMO including regular reporting cycle requests
- Implement and manage PMO tool for status, financial and resource tracking
- Build up a repository of project templates both technical and management to support the Transformation Leads/Project Leads - use examples from current and past projects to identify best practice
- Continue to evolve the processes and templates throughout the project lifecycle
- Implement governance standards across the portfolio, including business case review, tracking, monitoring and updating the status of program deliverables
- Ensure quality of deliverables by enforcing controls and coaching/mentoring Transformation Leaders (TL) and working directly with their project teams.
- Oversee corporate strategic initiatives progress, track against plan in term of progress, funding and resources
- Actively work with transformation leaders, business owners and sponsors to mobilize the roadmap as per plan; and providing clear advice to the Executive Committee regarding implications of specific re-prioritization on the delivery profile and do-ability of the portfolio.
- Keep track, analyze and report overall corporate strategic initiative funding/finances ensure it is well managed
- Prepare regular status reporting including financial on overall corporate strategic initiatives for the engagement leadership and lead corporate strategic initiatives Steering Committee
- Assess the portfolio and report key delivery risks, issues and dependencies via portfolio governance.
- Manage the portfolio-level benefits register, ensuring that all benefits are planned, monitored and benefits realization is tracked
- Manage program level Lessons Learned repository; attend Post Project Review meetings to identify key areas of improvement to be captured into the Lessons Learnt repository
- Maintains ongoing internal commentary surrounding progress against strategic objectives
- Owns components of the planning, data gathering and reporting processes.
- Support the policies and standards that outline delivery execution.
- Ensure that initiatives comply with internal frameworks (ODF, OKR etc)
- Support the gathering of data for the Portfolio Oversight and Reporting function
- Maintain ongoing portfolio analytics and commentary for internal stakeholders
- Develop ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested
- Prioritize and drive risk and issue resolution
