**_Now, we’re seeking a motivated Sales Director to expand our business across Asia and drive this exciting journey forward_**
**ABOUT THE POSITION**
As **Sales Director** for our Synchronization business unit, you will play a key role in expanding our footprint in the Asian market. Your primary responsibility will be building relationships and securing business with key telecom operators, primarily focusing on **5G synchronization** solutions.
In this role, you will hunt for new prospects, nurture leads into strategic partnerships and drive commercial success. You will collaborate closely with our technical sales specialist in Singapore, our local partners across Asia, and our sync team based in Sweden.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, engage, and close new business opportunities across Asia.
- Build strong relationships with telecom operators and key stakeholders, demonstrating the value of Zyntai Sync Solutions, with a focus on 5G and beyond.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements to ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through technical solutions and demonstrating their value.
- Travel frequently to meet customers and close deals across multiple countries.
**YOUR BACKGROUND**
We are looking for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and has the ability to build strong connections with Telecom Operators across Asia. You are passionate about innovation, enjoy working in a dynamic global setting, and are eager to seize new opportunities that contribute to the growth of our organization.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of sales experience in the Asian telecom or mobile networks industry. You have established, strong relationships with Telecom Operators, with the ability to book meetings and drive deals.
- Current knowledge of 5G networks and a general understanding of mobile technology, with familiarity in synchronization technologies being a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions in simple terms.
- Fluent in English and at least one Asian language is a requirement.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, or a related field.
