**Learner Success Associate (Adult Training Programmes)**

As a Learner Success Associate, you’ll support adult learners in nationally funded training programmes by coordinating course operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering a seamless, learner-focused experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Learner Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for adult learners and trainers. Handle enquiries and provide timely, empathetic communication from enrolment to course completion.

2. Course Operations
- Coordinate course schedules, trainer deployment, and venue readiness. Set up and manage course runs on training platforms.

3. Compliance & Audit Readiness
- Update learner attendance and assessment records on funding portals. Ensure documentation is accurate and aligned with regulatory requirements.

4. Billing & Claims
- Prepare invoices and supporting documents. Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely claims submission and payment tracking.
