As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll assist our Customer Success Managers in engaging, onboarding, and retaining customers. You’ll actively participate in all aspects of support, account management, product demonstrations, and educating customers on using our product.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Help increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Build long-term client relationships by listening to client needs, demonstrating the benefits of Digify products
- Coordinate and support the onboarding of new customers and training end-users
- Coordinate and conduct customer check-ins, and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate individuals/teams
- Follow-up with customers to ensure concerns have been resolved
- Work with customers on renewals and expansion, and follow-up with customers who cancel their account.
- Share insights and feedback from customers to help improve product, marketing and sales processes
- Collect and report key customer success metrics, such as NPS.
- Gauge customers’ levels of engagement with the company and provide feedback to teams regarding product and service improvements
- Collaborate with the engineering and development team to set up or configure our software platform as per customers’ requirements and troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers
- Encourage customers to post reviews of Digify online

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen attention to detail and the ability to understand core customer needs
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- An ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner to customers, and the willingness to learn technical terminology
