Singapore H & M HENNES & MAURITZ PTE. LTD. Full time

Together with the Sales Team, you are responsible for setting strategies for maximizing profit in the market. You lead and manage the Controlling Department according to H&M values, standards, policies and procedures as a partner for the Sales and Regional Manager.

**_Key Responsibilities _**:
Sales & Profit
- You set budgets and forecast process with Area Controllers and Department Heads
- Set goals on sales and KPIs together with Sales/Regional Manager and Area Teams
- Define and communicate the strategy, continuously following up on attainment of objectives
- Collaborate and support departments in working efficiently towards their goals
- Analyse reasons for deviations between actual results and budgets and initiative necessary corrective actions

People & Team
- You update organization on business performance, goals and other relevant issues
- Support with recruitment, training and development to guarantee succession within department
- Have close contact to talents and follow their development
- You actively promote a positive feedback culture

Administration
- Guarantee correctness of monthly settlements and annual financial statement for the country organization together with the accounting manager
- Ensure appropriate liquidity and cash management together with accounting manager
- Establish relevant audit routines and act as main contact for auditors and tax advisors together with accounting manager
- Oversee and initiative tendering of contracts with external vendors with appropriate frequency

**_Qualifications _**:

- Strong analytical, commercial and forecasting mindset that is sensitive to profit & loss with a strong command in Microsoft excel (Power BI is a bonus).
- Relevant leadership experiences with a clear passion in people development and growth.
- Excellent collaborator who is openminded, straightforward and cultivates a strong feedback culture.
- Inspirational communicator who can motivate and convince with clarity to the rest of the team.

**_Additional Information _**:
This position is based in Singapore Support Office and will report to Regional Controller.
