DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationSingaporeThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. **Relationship Management**
- Build and manage relationship with users to achieve overall business objectives
- Serve as an intermediary between users and internal operations team to resolve issues and maintain operational excellence
**Project Management**
- Maintain and updating of information and settings within system
- Assist with in-team projects to improve processes and execute new initiatives
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g. marketing, product etc.) to enhance and optimize overall user experience
**Reporting**
- Assist in monitoring targets, analyzing industry trends and reviewing key metrics
- Carry out analysis and surveys to better understand users’ requirements
**Requirements**:
- Degree holder preferably with business background
- 1 - 3 years in business development, account management, sales or related field within the e-commerce or logistics industry is a plus
- Highly motivated, fast learner and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
- Meticulous and high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Positive team player with energetic attitude
