As a policy manager on our Trust & Safety team, you will have the opportunity to work with teams of product managers, data scientists, user researchers, operations, legal and various relevant stakeholders to craft policies for different products and deliver major safety product changes. Travel between global offices is expected.

What will I be doing?
- You will lead a high-performing product policy team, set overaching objectives & priorities, manage cross-team relations, and optimize policy development and implementation for Emerging Products.
- You'll collaborate with Product, Engineers, Operations, Global Public Policy, Legal, and Public Relations teams to design safety apparatus for a variety of products including social media, music, education, novel, gaming, etc.
- You'll deep dive into each product, provide thought leadership and guidance to shape the discussions on product policies, and streamline enforcement strategies as well as processes.
- You'll act as a global point of contact, align all stakeholders, and faciliate new product launches in global markets.

**Requirements**:
What should I bring?
- You have strong people management experience in leading small/medium multi-cultural teams
- You have significant experience in content policy, policy enforcement, or public policy, specifically in technology.
- You have excellent communication, influencing, and project management skills, with the ability to drive the simultaneous delivery of complex projects in collaboration with stakeholder teams.
- You have experience on data analysis, comfortable of interpreting data metrics.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus as you will be working with stakeholders and markets that use Mandarin.
