The Trust & Safety Policy team develops and reviews our community policies to promote a positive and safe environment for all of our Users and Content Creators to enjoy and express themselves.

The efficacy of our content policies relies on how they are operationalized. Within Trust & Safety, the Policy Implementation team works to roll out and improve the deployment of our policies. As a Policy Implementation Lead, you are part of team leadership, driving the deployment of scalable policy solutions through your deep operational expertise. You are passionate about user safety, wake up excited to make an impact in millions of people's lives, and switch readily from thinking strategically about policy workflows and infrastructure to managing tactical execution decisions. Your background and professional expertise are grounded in areas related to online operations, consulting, or project management, and you have demonstrated this through a track record of achievements in helping launch major initiatives. You also have experience with bringing out the best in a team and fostering a collaborative working style in a fast-paced environment.

What will I be doing?
- You will build out and lead an agile Policy Implementation Management team, partnering our content policy teams as they develop principle-based and operable rules of the road to ensure users are safe on new products
- You'll lead the implementation of new content policy-related processes, working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across product lines, working closely with the rest of the Product Policy team as well as other Trust & Safety hubs.
- You'll identify opportunities for improvement in our implementation processes related to emerging products, in particular working with the Operations and Moderations teams located globally.
- You'll suggest strategic process and tooling improvements, including improved efficiency and functionality, standardization of documentation, and enhanced cross-functional communication.
- You'll contribute to large-scale projects touching on content policy implementation globally.

What should I bring with me?
- You have 10+ years of experience in a relevant field (e.g., policy implementation and/or enforcement, consulting, operations)
- You have direct experience at an internet, platform, or other tech company in operations
- You have excellent cross-functional project management skills, good communication skills, and a passion to unite people behind a common goal.
- You have a proven track record of pushing organizational or process changes.
- You have baseline exposure to Policy development and content policy issues
- You have people management experience
- You thrive in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment

Preferred qualifications
- You have experience in working with international partners across different time zones and cultures.
- You have experience in six-sigma or similar lean processes
- You have direct experiences working in Trust & Safety operations
- You have experience working in transformational change, front-line training, and/or tooling & databases
- You have excellent English language communication skills and are proficient using it professionally, and are comfortable working in a global team
- You have an advanced degree in a related field
