**Vice President Sales (Material)**

**The Company**

Hangrun Tech Singapore Pte. Ltd (“HRT-SG”) is a subsidiary of Guangzhou Hangrun Aero Tech Co., Ltd. (“HRT”) an asset management firm focusing on engines which was founded in Guangzhou, PRC, in 2010 and currently has US$200 million of assets under management (“AUM”), spanning 3 investment vehicles worldwide.

**The Role**

Based in Singapore and reporting to the HRT’s Head of Sales, will lead all commercial endeavours for Used Serviceable Material, “USM”, with airlines and MRO accounts, to be determined.

The role’s objectives will be to:

- Represent, negotiate & support HRT’s leadership to help achieve the financial objectives in the Asia Pacific region.
- Participate in the global activity of related transactions for HRT-SG within this region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans, and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for acquisitions and sales of engine and aircraft USM.
- Follow and execute the closing of engine and aircraft transactions.
- Coordinates sales and marketing activities with other HRT entities to ensure efforts leverage the strength of the entire HRT group of companies.
- Sets goals for the sales and marketing team, manages execution, measures and reports results.
- Collaborates with senior leadership and peers in developing, implementing, administering, and executing marketing programs to support the business initiatives.
- Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Reviews and analyses sales performances against programs, quotes, and plans to determine effectiveness.
- Creates business plans to determine financial viability and to ensure that financial resources are optimized, and short and long-term goals are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their technical inquiries and providing prompt and accurate solutions.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company and promote aviation assets and services.
- Leads the efforts to continuously improve sales and marketing activities, including cross-departmental efforts to improve efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent and/ Engineering Degree

Minimum Experience:

- 7 years or more of experience in aviation sales or marketing related business including time spent within:

- an aircraft leasing company, engine leasing or business development function of a global leasing company, or
- an international airline.
- An international MRO
- With a track record of transaction track records of critically analysing and concluding partnerships.

Job-Specific Skills:

- Expert understanding of the aviation sector, especially USM
- Expert understanding and knowledge of business development and client relationship management.
- Strong business acumen with good sense of deal closing.
- Critical thinking aligned to the business model of HRT driving well thought out decision making.
- A mature and capable team player who will assure credibility at senior levels in HRT.
- Ability to assist and support others and cope well under pressure.
- Self-motivated, good team player, customer focused, ability to take responsibility and lead projects.
- Excellent communications, presentation, public relations abilities, people skills and confidence.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work on more than one project at a time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and Mandarin would be preferred.
- Self-starter using own initiative but also a strong team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledgeable in Financial/ Commercial expect.
- Accurate and attentive to detail.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel, often at short notice, is imperative.
