**What the role is**
- Estate Manager (Town Council Secretariat)

**What you will be working on**
- The Town Council Secretariat (TCS) assists the Ministry of National Development (MND) in overseeing and monitoring the Town Councils’ operations, governance and financial matters. TCS conducts regular reviews of the government policies (including the Town Councils Act and regulations) and plays an important role in facilitating inter-agency collaborations to improve the overall Town Councils’ standard of maintenance and management of the common area in HDB estates. You will assist to provide Board-wide Coordination on Town Council matters and support to MND in the supervision of Town Council operations; formulate, review and implement policies, research and analyse Town Councils’ operations, financial matters, and performance; coordinate inter-agency work in support of Town Councils’ governance and operations; liaise with Town Councils to process, evaluate and manage operational requests; handle public enquiries and feedback; administer system(s) in support of the Department’s functions; leverage on Business Analytics tools to carry out estate management studies; and enhance information management by leveraging on geospatial data.
