Apac Ecommerce Trading Manager

**
**Core Responsibilities**
- Work with key stakeholders (demand planning, merchandising) to optimise the product portfolio and stock positions in order to drive sales results.
- Track and monitor commercial performance as well as key data and insights to take corrective actions (e.g. site contents optimization).
- Working with Product(Tech) teams to define requirements to support on-site optimisation local shopper needs (e.g. payment options).
- Explore global vs local trends to make recommendations on how to leverage localised content and experiences.
- Develop deep expertise on our ecommerce tools, supporting documentation efforts to improve overall Ecommerce team capabilities
- Develop and implement commercial action plans by region/country.
- Coordinate with Marketing teams to assess effectiveness of promotions, optimise campaigns and identify local opportunities.
- Coordinate with Distribution and Consumer Services teams to track and improve Shopper NPS and Ecommerce profitability.

Working alongside Ecommerce, Marketing and the wider LEGO Group, this role will define and deliver plans to use our existing business tools to optimize the site down to a country level, becoming an expert in regional and language differences.

**Do **you **have **what **it **takes?**
- Proficiency in English and Korean (written and spoken) to manage our Ecommerce platforms and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid experience in Ecommerce, merchandising and sales with consumer products in Korea and ANZ.
- Proven track record of delivering Ecommerce sales uplift.
- Passion for developing a deep understanding of shopper needs throughout the online journey.
- Deep local insights and understanding towards Korea and ANZ market and shoppers.
- Experience working with on-site optimization tools including analytics, testing, content management and internal search.
- An enthusiastic, positive approach and determination to overcome obstacles; results orientation with a focus on quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Open, collaborative communication style, with experience working across cultures and time zones to build connected, sustainable relationships.
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally up to 20%.
