Core Responsibilities
- Support development and drive implementation of the eCommerce strategy, performance objectives and execution plans for the LEGO Group’s product portfolio on key B2B eCommerce partner sites across APAC.
- Develop and maintain annual campaign planning and activation calendar for eCommerce at a regional level - ensure alignment with markets on top-priority campaigns.
- Represent eCommerce as an ‘audience lead’ in cross functional marketing matrix covering Brand, Digital, Trade, and eCommerce to ensure coherent strategy and campaign development.
- Collaborate with other eCommerce team members to ensure content (digital shelf), performance marketing levers, and creative optimisation support audience objectives and drives performance.
- Drive strategic test and learns / innovations with markets with a strive to replicate and scale findings.
- Maintain external orientation be highly internally networked to identify new opportunities for APAC to be a first mover in trying new marketing capabilities.
- Work with analytics team to extract insights - to support both in-flight adaptations or broader strategic findings.

We’re here to build and grow love for the LEGO brand together with our eCommerce channel partners. The eCommerce Marketing Manager takes centre stage in orchestrating and developing campaigns that impact both brand and commercial objectives.
Do you have what it takes?
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or equivalent (preferred)
- 6+ years proven experience in marketing, analytics, eCommerce or equivalent field. Experience from consumer packaged goods and/or children’s category strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of large international eCommerce sites and/or advertising networks, including understanding of market dynamics and key interdependencies.
- Ability to partner with cross functional collaborators including but not limited to sales, brand marketing & analytics, in order to solve sophisticated problems and deliver results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present data in an organized manner.
- Direct “hands on keyboard” experience with digital media at B2B eCommerce accounts or external media agencies is a bonus.
- Previous experience working in matrix organization will be a plus.
