Business is booming We are once again growing our team in South East Asia and seek a Senior Partner Account Manager, experienced in both relationship management and go-to market functions in the region.

**What You'll Do**:
Activities and focus will be a mix of developing the partner ecosystem, and supporting all commercial activities with and through partners. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Build and nurture positive partner relationships which enable our partners to effectively position and sell TIBCO solutions
- Collaborate with TIBCO marketing to drive demand generation activities that produce the highest possible ROI with and through the partner ecosystem
- Deliver on partner initiatives as needed, maintain consistent and transparent reporting on all business issues/opportunities/programs
- Create and execute awareness and training programs for the TIBCO sales force
- Influence and obtain sponsorship from internal TIBCO groups to support programs at partners to drive incremental business opportunities for TIBCO and the partner
- Plan and execute activities that will drive TIBCO awareness and opportunities with our partners

**Who You Are**:
**Desired skills and experience**:

- In-depth knowledge of partner organizations and operations related to Enterprise Software sales.
- Highly efficient & organized / excellent time management skills.
- Clear, concise, and effective communicator. Persuasive pitch & presentation skills.
- Background in Enterprise SaaS sales and channel preferred.
- Fluent in regional business language required. Business-level English proficiency ideal.
