**Responsibilities**
- Set the overall strategy for B2B distribution, wholesale and retail efforts for our portfolio brands
- Find, acquire and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retailers through networking, direct outreach, industry research, etc.
- Manage and coordinate B2B efforts across markets, working closely with country leads to meet respective countries’ sales targets
- Take responsibility and be autonomous across the sales process, from prospecting and negotiating win-win agreements through to closing
- Prepare pitch materials and commercial proposals that address the business needs of potential customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to escalate any issues customers might be experiencing
- Uphold excellent service standards, and go above and beyond to ensure customers love us, stay with us and refer us to others
- Explore and experiment with alternative sales channels such as group buys and social commerce

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with ecommerce businesses, brand/category management and D2C brands is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
