**Job Purpose/Role**

As Head of Distribution for Singapore & Malaysia, you will lead local business development activities with our key business partners.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead business development activities with key business partners (ie. brokers, fronters and banks);
- Represent and promote Allianz Trade and generate business opportunities into growth and profitability.
- Maintain effective and productive relationships with key external (ie. regulator and industry bodies) and internal (ie. Regional office/ other business units in Allianz) stakeholders
- Demonstrates leadership qualities by effectively managing, engaging, and developing Singapore &Malaysia sales team
- Ability to resolve issues through collaborative problem solving
- Develop and execute the company's distribution strategy in line with your individual and your team's sales targets
- Achieve personal and team targets assigned by the management.

**Key Requirements/Skills/Experience**
- Solid experience in B2B sales from insurance, banking or credit management industries. Direct experience in trade credit insurance a plus.
- Strong track record of building sustainable and profitable business through managing a sales team.
- Ability to build extensive local network.
- Strategic insights of country and industry knowledge
- Strong communication and influencing skills
