**Responsibilities**:

- Review company policies and ensure strict implementation and adherence for all group’s entities.
- Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports
- Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations
- Assist in conduct of regular audit on company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks
- Ensure company operations comply with compliance policies from headquarters
- Educate all employees on the latest compliance policies and processes
- Facilitate communication with headquarters on corporate governance and compliance issues
- Preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports for management reporting
- Address and/or resolve employee concerns about compliance and corporate governance matters
- Organise and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders for meetings, including those at a Group level
- Liaising with headquarters and local agents on filing of statutory and company documents
- Prepare risk management reports and legal compliances document as required by group
- Review of company agreements and provide advices on the T&Cs accordingly
- Any other tasks as assigned by Management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in a compliance officer role.
- Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
- Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
- Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
