Corporate Compliance Executive will be mainly focusing on Corporate Secretarial and Accounting & Tax scope
**Job Description**:
- Draft and review corporate secretarial documents based on the instruction given by the company
- Communicate with relevant persons (clients/partners/etc) in relation to the execution of the above corporate secretarial documents
- Continuously carry out the Compliance Monitoring Programme and maintaining the necessary compliance files and registers
- Plan and conduct functional, and cross-functional working sessions to develop target state process models, improvising or streamlining existing processes for better efficiency and delivering process streamlining and productivity improvements while minimising risks.
- To support operating model changes, policy reviews, digitalization, and new ways of working.
- Conduct and incorporate industry leading practice assessments and benchmarking as required.
- General administrative duties such as office operation and security; maintenance and upkeep of communication and record keeping facilities - hardware and software
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management as well as work closely with potential business partners
- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: Account Payables & Acccount Receivables
- process, General Ledger, account reconciliation, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and employeeal control procedures and accuracy of the financial data.
- Perform ad-hoc projects when required
**Requirements**:
- Experience in corporate secretarial work and preferably 3-5 years experience in the field
- Experience in accounting and tax is preferable
- Highly organized and time management to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Minimum education Bachelor Degree
