**Job Title**
Property Officer - Township (Evergreen)
**Job Description Summary**
Responsible for coordinating maintenance and improvement projects in public housing estates, managing contractors, and ensuring defect rectifications. This role also involves engaging residents, collaborating with grassroots leaders, attending community meetings, and handling urgent estate-related issues
**About the Role**:
- Estate Maintenance & Contractor Management - Coordinate with contractors for cleaning, landscaping, cyclical projects, and defect rectifications.
- Inspection & Compliance - Conduct ground inspections, issue work orders, and ensure rectifications are completed before processing payments.
- Resident Engagement - Manage resident feedback, provide call-back services, and address maintenance concerns.
- Community & Stakeholder Engagement - Work with grassroots leaders, assist in organizing activities, and attend MP house visits and community meetings.
- Emergency & Special Assignments - Handle urgent cases, cross-audit estate inspections, and take on special duties as assigned.
**About You**:
- Min Higher / Nitec with 1 -2 years relevant experience in property/estate/facilities management or building/facilities maintenance
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken
- Team player, able to work independently with mínimal supervision
