At Jacobs, we recognize these challenges and our engineers, scientists, and planners are working together with clients to find the right solutions to their water challenges.

Our Water business would like to welcome you as a Project Administrator to join the project team working on the mega water infrastructure project located in Tuas, Singapore.

The Project Administrator will work with all project staff, Head Quarter functional departments (e.g. Human Resources) and the Client; mainly support the project team with general administration duties at the Tuas Site Office.

Essential duties:

- Assists with meeting scheduling, training coordination, and Client file preparation
- Assorted administration duties ie PowerPoint presentations, letters, producing excel reports, consolidate monthly reports, and generate monthly statistics graphs.
- Assist in administration/record keeping including Jacobs HSE Incentive / Disincentive scheme
- Asset management i.e. personal protective equipment
- Assist with internal and offsite Jacobs & Client functions where required
- Completes filing, uploading of documents, minutes of meeting, lifting permits.
- Support the Project Controls team via collation and manipulation of monitoring and control data.
- Carry out general procurement activities for the Project team including arranging for external service providers for training, management of office equipment/supplies procurement/rentals
- Carry out general facilities management for site office in relation to overseeing site office maintenance and liaison with canteen vendors
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative and document management. Experience working in a large office/construction project setting will be an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office Suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good interpersonal skills and positive & professional attitude at work
- Ability to based and commute to Tuas Site Office (shuttle buses provided from 3 pickup locations)
