The NI APAC Enterprise and Partners organization is seeking a seasoned and dynamic senior sales professional who is passionate about partners and partnership to establish and drive an APAC wide partner strategy, fully integrated into go-to-market initiatives. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker capable of forging alliances, developing a comprehensive partner ecosystem, and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. You will support the successful selection of regional and local Channel Partners to establish the most effective and efficient channel in the APAC region for NI products and solutions to new and existing customer segments.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsibilities will include:

- **Partner Strategy Transformation**: Drive the overhaul of our NI partner strategy, redefining objectives and tactics to revitalize our presence and maximize growth opportunities within the ICT sector in APAC.
- **Partnership Assessment & Evolution**: Evaluate current partnerships, identify gaps, and conceptualize a revamped partner ecosystem that aligns with the evolving needs of our business and the dynamic ICT landscape.
- **Strategic Alliance Development**: Identify, engage, and onboard new partners while nurturing existing relationships, fostering collaborations that unlock synergies and fuel mutual success.
- **Go-to-Market Revolution**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, RBC, product line management (PLM) teams, technical pre-sales, business development, marketing) to develop and implement a revolutionary go-to-market strategy, leveraging the transformed partner network for enhanced market penetration and revenue generation.
- **Sales Leadership & Change Management**: Lead and inspire the sales, partners and business group teams through this transformational journey, providing guidance, support, and strategic direction to adapt and thrive in the evolving ICT market landscape.
- **Market Insight & Adaptation**: Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to guide strategic decisions and ensure the transformed partner strategy remains agile and adaptive.
