**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic pricing models for POS (service), CT, and WHXR products across international markets.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand competitive pricing, market trends, and customer demand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and product management, to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze pricing performance, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Lead pricing initiatives and projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Provide training and support to regional sales teams on pricing strategies and tools.
- Develop and maintain pricing guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare and present pricing reports and insights to senior management.

**Desired Characteristics**:

- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies with Business Unit leadership to meet financial objectives and adapt to current price performance.
- Proven expertise in leading the creation and implementation of tools and metrics for enhanced predictability.
- Strong background in financial modeling (including Equipment, Service, Digital, and Financing solutions) and KPIs to support strategic business decisions on significant deals and GPOs.
- Experience in coordinating the communication of strategic pricing plans within Business Unit organizations.
- Ability to monitor and manage price floors by customer type, country, segment, and product.
- Proven ability to collaborate with key stakeholders in the New Product Introduction process.
- Competence in leveraging current pricing performance data to inform future pricing actions.
- Experience in leading Business Unit Pricing Committees to make informed decisions on pricing performance and upcoming actions.

**Rôles et responsabilités**:

- Développer et mettre en œuvre des modèles de tarification stratégique pour les produits POS (service), CT et WHXR sur les marchés internationaux.
- Réaliser une analyse de marché complète pour comprendre la tarification concurrentielle, les tendances du marché et la demande des clients.
- Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, y compris les ventes, le marketing, la finance et la gestion des produits, pour aligner les stratégies de tarification avec les objectifs commerciaux.
- Surveiller et analyser les performances de tarification, en faisant des recommandations basées sur les données pour des ajustements visant à maximiser les revenus et la rentabilité.
- Diriger des initiatives et des projets de tarification, en assurant une exécution efficace et en temps opportun.
- Fournir une formation et un soutien aux équipes de vente régionales sur les stratégies et les outils de tarification.
- Développer et maintenir des lignes directrices, des politiques et des procédures de tarification.
- Préparer et présenter des rapports et des analyses de tarification à la direction.

**Caractéristiques souhaitées**:

- Expérience démontrée dans le développement et la mise en œuvre de stratégies de tarification avec la direction de l'unité commerciale pour atteindre les objectifs financiers et s'adapter aux performances de prix actuelles.
- Expertise avérée dans la création et la mise en œuvre d'outils et de métriques pour une prévisibilité améliorée.
- Solide expérience en modélisation financière (y compris les solutions d'équipement, de service, numériques et de financement) et en indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) pour soutenir les décisions commerciales stratégiques sur des accords importants et des GPO.
- Expérience dans la coordination de la communication des plans de tarification stratégique au sein des organisations de l'unité commerciale.
- Capacité à surveiller et gérer les planchers de prix par type de client, pays, segment et produit.
- Capacité avérée à collaborer avec les principaux intervenants dans le processus de lancement de nouveaux produits.
- Compétence à tirer parti des données de performance de tarification actuelles pour informer les actions de tarification futures.
- Expérience dans la direction des comités de tarification de l'unité commerciale pour prendre des décisions éclairées sur les performances de tarification et les actions à venir.
