Mobility Service Executive

We are looking for someone who understands travel behavior, knowledge in transport planning and knowledge in future mobility areas such as, Product Specialist (Digital Mobility). Most importantly, desire to work in the field of future mobility.

**As Digital Mobility Specialist you will**
- Develop and expand new mobility service offerings focusing on improving mobility service utilization.
- Conceptualization, management and monitoring of mobility service products.
- Understand consumer needs and business objectives to develop single/multi-modal mobility and adjacent services with value proposition for the consumers.
- Work closely with different teams/stakeholders from conceptualization to fruition of the new service.
- Utilize data analytics, real-time information, online tools, etc., in the development of new services, enhancement of existing services and monitoring of the performance of the different services.
- Design measurable indictors on the success of new / existing services
- Develop insights through data analytics to engage different segments of consumers and to improve stickiness to the mobility services
- Build productive and strategic collaborative relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering & Operations Research or equivalent fields
- Minimum 3 to 6 months or 1 year of relevant working experience from LTA / ride-hailing companies / MaaS companies
- Up-to-date on mobility and logistic trends and the various mobility service apps in the market
- High analytical skills and comfortable working with data
- Good verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work with different stakeholders for end-to-end in app product development
- Highly organized, self-motivated, pro-active, and desire to learn new technology
- Motivated to improve product utilization and revenue growth
