What are my responsibilities? End to end responsibility for the recruiting process and execution of Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia Consultation to and support of Hiring Managers of Siemens Mobility Understand recruiting needs and job requirements and advise on most appropriate actions Salary proposal creation and offer negotiation Communicate with Hiring Managers regarding the status of the recruiting process Sourcing and management of candidate pools: Identify and approach active and passive candidates through internal and external channels to fill positions in a timely manner Build and maintain candidate pools and talent pipelines Definition and updating of key profiles to manage future demand Assessment and selection of candidates: conduct selection interviews prior to candidate forwarding to Hiring Manager (shortlist) Positioning Siemens Mobility as an "Employer of Choice": Represent Siemens as an Employer of Choice through knowledge of Siemens employer branding, in depth understanding of Siemens Mobility business and knowledge of the labour market Act as first point of contact for applicants (incl. recruiting events, e.g. at universities) Relationship management: Facilitate professional and smooth communication with all stakeholders involved in the recruiting process Maintain and leverage a recruiting network Assurance of high-quality service: Responsibility for achievement of target KPIs Maintain current knowledge of current labor market trends, competitors and general recruiting trends and intelligence Continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders Projects and other tasks: Participate in projects and committees as required Support HR Generalist with day-to-day needs, including but not limited to organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, addressing employee queries, and strategic initiatives What do I need to qualify for this job? Possess at least a Degree in any discipline Have relevant experience in talent acquisition / recruiting in engineering industry for 4-5 years Possess in-depth knowledge of recruitment process 2-5 years of experience as HR Generalist/Talent Acquisition is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work across all levels with strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, independent, proactive, organized and attentive to details Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment Tech savvy - has an affinity for technology, internet recruiting, social media and virtual networking Organization: Siemens Mobility Company: Siemens Mobility Pte Ltd Experience Level: Experienced Professional Full / Part time: Full-time
