**Join us as a Talent Acquisition Consultant**
- This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to develop an in-house career with exposure to hiring both Front Office and back Office roles.
- Based in Singapore, this role is responsible for end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities for NatWest Markets in Singapore and Japan.
- You can expect to enjoy a collaborative and supportive culture, and a small team environment with the opportunity to sink your teeth in other areas of HR as required.

**What you'll do**:
Day to day, you'll be:

- Partnering business heads as trusted advisor, to build effective sourcing strategies using a range of tools at your disposal, including LinkedIn and CV databases
- Partnering the Head of HR / HRBP in building a diverse and inclusive organisation
- Building long lasting relationships with selected recruitment agencies to help support demand in a competitive market
- Using market intelligence to provide sound commercial advice to stakeholders and develop robust sourcing strategies
- Making sure that clear commitments and accountabilities are outlined with business stakeholders through clear and consistent communication
- Building relationships with global Talent Acquisition teams to expand knowledge and understanding of the organisation and strategic priorities

**The skills you'll need**:
We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 5-7 years recruitment experience in the Financial Services sector in APAC. You’ll have a history of successful recruitment delivery, along with exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior levels.

You’ll also have:

- Knowledge and experience of using a variety of sourcing methods
- Ability to work independently and take the initiative
- Ability to multi-task an work against tight deadlines
- Experience in engaging and collaborating with internal and external SMEs (HR Operations, Mobility, Immigration, Reward, etc.)
- Knowledge of Financial Services recruitment market and compensation dynamics
- Commercial mindset
- Japan experience a plus
