Head of Siemens Mobility Turnkey

Turnkey integrates our products with all internal and external systems as well as complete depot solutions.

**This is your role. What part will you play?**

In this function as **Head of SMO Turnkey for the Asia Pacific** region, you will report to the global CEO of Turnkey and locally report to the CEO of the Asia Pacific (ASP).

You will:

- Successfully implement the global strategy for the Turnkey Business Unit
- Identify suitable sales strategies, partners and options for further business development
- Drive the Turnkey Projects opportunities during the sales and bid phase.
- Steer the execution projects in your region.
- Furthermore, you will build lasting relationships which add value with local customers, partner companies and regional decision-makers and operate as a "best known point of contact on executive level".
- Set up the bid and execution teams as well as managing it as “Responsible Business Manager”. You will have business responsibility for preparing competitive bids and delivering projects
- Manage acquisition and execution processes while monitoring internal and external interest groups in alignment with Global and Regional Heads
- You will also operationally act as escalation level for negotiations in various phases of the projects

- You have a completed degree (masters) in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering or equivalent. A Business management post-graduation certification is preferred
- We are looking for people with multiple years of specialist professional experience in international sales and execution involving highly complex projects, preferably in rail turnkey business (with SPC, EPC, O&M, etc.).
- You have solid know-how of business and the market intelligence (strategy, Analytics, business processes, decision-making), you are confident, having interpersonal and influencing skills even at the highest government/ external stakeholder level with sound tactical skills.
- You are always aware of the impact and implications of your business area.
- In your previous positions you were able to successfully demonstrate that your contract negotiations and formulations meeting the most accurate standards, specifications, and processes
- You must be business-fluent in English. Other languages (German) will be an added advantage
- The position also requires regular travel across the region of ASP
