**Scope of Work**
- Support all aspects of domestic and international relocation and assignment programs globally.
- Conduct pre-assignment counseling calls as requested by the business for Employees needing assistance on understanding the policy prior to committing to the move.
- Resolve day to day issues that arise from Talent Acquisition and/or HR Business Partners such as generating cost detail reports, policy questions, etc.
- Required to audit specific fields on every new authorization received and go back to Initiator to get correct information if incorrect
- Consult with Talent Acquisition and/or HR Business Partners on best practices and solutions for their international and domestic transfers
- Reconcile Letter of Understanding (LOU) and Employee Repayments when an employee terminates
- Provide ad-hoc and standard weekly reports and monthly reports
- Update relocation policies regularly based on Micron requested changes
- Follow-up with Employees who response negatively to survey questions. Work with Providers as necessary to rectify.
- Collaborate with key partners to ensure day-to-day operational delivery excellence and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Participate in regional and global efforts to streamline mobility services to ensure operational efficiency.
- Be the Talent Mobility advisor and provide consultation of mobility and offerings to HRBPs, team members and suppliers, which includes handling exception, assist with cost projections.
- Lead suppliers to support employees and their families in using relocation and assignment benefits to meet program goals.
- Create successful reintegration experience of returning assignees through partnership with Talent Acquisition and/or HR Business partners.
- Support compliance with legal, tax and other regulatory requirements through partnership with applicable partners.
