**Position Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic member to join the Advancement and Partnerships Unit. The Advancement and Partnerships (A&P) Officer occupies a strategic function within the organisation. The A&P Officer will be involved in seeking and sustaining partnerships as well as fundraising for the organisation.

**Essential Job Functions**:
As A&P Officer, you will research prospects for partnership and/or sponsorship, structure funding proposals, solicit grants, carry out prospecting work and/or fundraising campaigns, steward partners and sponsors as well as assist in providing oversight of the organisations overall fundraising.

You will be expected to stay informed of the latest practices in fundraising and manage impact measurement and reporting to partners alongside each project owner.
