We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Partnerships and Relations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships, **for a start **, such as hotels, facilitating clinical trial setups, and coordinating with key opinion leaders, from doctors to influencers. The role will be ever-revolving of forming partnerships with many different other key opinion leaders as well.

**Responsibilities**:
**_Partnership Development: _**
- Identify and engage potential partners to expand our network and reach.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify partnership opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement partnership strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or related roles.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Office Suites and collaboration tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
