VIVA Foundation for Children with Cancer is a Singapore-based charity which focuses on saving lives of children with cancer through research, medical care and education

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive public relations and partnership strategy to enhance the visibility and reputation of Viva Foundation, with a focus on its commitment to supporting children with cancer.

2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and other key stakeholders to secure positive coverage for the organization and its initiatives.

3. Identify, research, and engage potential donors and partners to create new fundraising opportunities and collaborative initiatives that specifically address the needs of children with cancer and their families.

4. Organize and manage events, including press conferences, fundraisers, and community engagement activities, to promote the organization and its mission.

5. Create and distribute compelling press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to effectively convey the organization's impact on children with cancer and their families.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated campaigns that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

7. Monitor and analyze media coverage, partnership activities, and fundraising results to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

8. Ensure the organization's brand and messaging are consistently represented across all communication channels and materials, with a focus on its commitment to children with cancer.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in public relations, partnership management, or a similar role, preferably within a non-profit or charity organization.

3. Strong knowledge of media relations and experience working with journalists and influencers.

4. Demonstrated success in securing media coverage and developing strategic partnerships.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and pitch stories effectively.

6. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.

7. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.

8. Passion for Viva Foundation's mission and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of children diagnosed with cancer.
