**Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle which includes sourcing, interview coordination, preparing salary proposals, offer management and onboarding
- Proactively track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and time-to-hire, for evaluation of hiring process and recruitment strategies
- Partner with hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of their hiring requirements and priorities
- Ensure processes and procedures pertaining to hiring and onboarding are executed in compliance with internal policies and local regulatory standards
- Support activities of managing the HR information system which includes collaborating with stakeholders on issue and incident resolution, change management and system enhancements
- Upkeep proper documentation on system protocols and ensure HR information system set-up is in compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as local regulations
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate recruiting
- Experience in agency recruiting will be a plus
- Able to perform independently under limited supervision and navigate ambiguity and constant change in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders
- Resourceful and meticulous with an eye for detail
