To Support and coordinate the implementation, daily operation, and case reporting to MOH for the Severe Illness and Deaths from Possible Infectious Causes programme (SIDPIC)
- To trace and monitor contacts of infected individuals and provide information and guidance to reduce spread.
- During outbraks, to investigate the causes of infectious diseases cases, direct campus contact tracing efforts and analysis of treatment patterns during outbreaks in order to contain/mitigate the spread of infectious diseases and improving patient outcome during outbreaks.
- You are required to conduct symptom and disease surveillance and data collection using surveillance systems. Assistthe SIDPIC infectious Disease physician in the operation of the programme on YH campus and the coordination with the relevant parties for specimen collection and transfer. e.g MOH NPHL. Coordinate and carry out contact tracing efforts with relevant parties. Provide information on isolation and quarantine. Maintain the accuracy of clinical and surveillance data. Support the HOD and Clinical Epidemiologist in any othe projects.**Requirements**:

- Degree with at least 2 to 5years of patient care experience is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, Words PowerPoint
- Interests in data analysis and knowledge of SAS SPSS, STATA, Epi infoor equivalent statistical software
- Able to communicate well and empathize well with patients.
- Good Communication skills over the phone
- Able to multi task and handle confidential information
