1. Coordinate contact tracing efforts with the relevant parties and complete the case investigation in a timely manner.
- 2. Conduct interviews in a professional and empathetic manner to trace those in close contact with the diagnosed case and to determine the exposure.
- 3. Ensure timely and accurate recording of information of contacts and actions based on operational guidelines and procedures.
- 4. Provide information on isolation and quarantine procedures based on protocols and procedures.
- 5. Monitor the symptoms of those who are put on isolation or quarantine order and the health status of those who are put on health monitoring;
- 6. Collaborate with regulatory bodies in supporting the isolation and quarantine of staff.
- 7. Maintain accurate data and information for surveillance and to enable epidemiological data analysis and investigations into diseases and clinical practice patterns.
- 8. Assist any other projects and tasks assigned by the Head of Clinical Epidemiology Unit, the Head of Infectious Diseases and the Chairman Medical Board (CMB).**REQUIREMENTS**
- Recognised Degree
- Able to type fast and enter the information collected via phone into an excel sheet
- Able to communicate well and empathize well with patients, good communication skills over the phone.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
