**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for end to end project management, including strategy planning, execution and implementation of the business unit with the intention of growth and development of identified product vertical.
- Be proactive in achieving set goals and to take ownership for product user growth, engagement and retention. This includes all aspects on the sales and marketing funnel that will push new leads down the funnel towards conversion.
- Be able to spot industry trends, formulate corresponding strategies and tactics to build resilience and relevance of our products in correlation to the needs of the industry. This also includes exploration of new market sectors.
- Create monthly growth reports & support the wider growth team in launching a number of growth hacking initiatives in key markets.
- Co-create a Marketplace Growth Strategy to hit revenue targets and grow listings.
- Working with all teams, including data & engineering teams to ensure we’re able to track & measure the impact of our growth initiatives in real time.

**Requirements**:

- More than 5 years working experience in growth strategy and development in similar industry is preferred.
- Mobile technology or digital technology background in internet industry is preferred.
- Possess an agile and creative mind.
- Sensitive to data, and able to present them succinctly.
- A team player, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- An analytical and curious mind, who loves a good excel spreadsheet.
- A positive attitude with excellent problem solving skills.
