**About the job Head of Commercial**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and lead its business expansion
- Collaborate across a diverse set of commercial constituents while also liaising with stakeholders in Strategy, Product, and Marketing
- Develop company go-to-market strategy.
- Responsible for business development opportunities, as well as hiring and leading a high-performing commercial team.
- Expertise in Asia commercial strategy and demonstrated success in hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing commercial talent.
- Responsible to plan out business transformation
- Lead commercial team to achieve growth and revenue targets by attracting, growing, and retaining right-fit clients
- Recruit, develop, and manage aligned commercial talent by leveraging a competency-based approach to performance management

Requirements:
- Degree in any fields
- At least more than 10 years of experience in commercial leadership role
- Experience designing, implementing, and leading strategic growth and retention initiatives
- Good communication skills and able to build rapport with client
