DESIGNATION : Manager, Corporate Partnerships (3-year contract), SMU Academy
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with prospective and current corporate partners to proactively diagnose the organisational challenges and opportunities for learning and/ or development, tailoring solutions for specific needs
- Lead on the account management of new or low level partnerships, proactively seeking out opportunities to unlock learning and development possibilities across all corporate partners and deliver results
- Create, implement and measure the success of a comprehensive corporate partnership strategy that aligns with FIT’s goals for programme and overall business growth
- Develop short‐ and long‐ term metrics designed to monitor the activities and progress of the strategy for building FIT’s corporate partnerships and evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy
- Cultivate, manage, support, and track relationships with all corporate partners and prospects
- Assist in the development of a revenue‐generating business plan to ensure the sustainability and growth of FIT’s business through corporate partnerships
- Develop and grow the partnership long term and ensure all opportunities are maximised
- Collaborate closely with internal teams: Ops, Finance, Marketing & Sales to ensure a smooth on-boarding and launch of new partnership initiatives as well as overseeing all operational aspects of the partnership, including the quality of training and correspondence received by the partner, any day-to-day issues, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- A driven individual, great at relationship building at all levels and an effective and persuasive communicator
- Comfortable in a fast‐paced, changing, entrepreneurial environment
- Minimum 5 years of account management experience, marked by strong organisational skills, an attention to detail and persistent follow‐up
- Experience in forging and developing relationships with clients and an understanding of the corporate/ business learning and development culture with a solid network of business contacts
- A resourceful style with the ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects as well as to be a team player who is eager to collaborate with others
- Strong creative, analytical and interpersonal skills along with a high degree of personal and professional integrity
