DESIGNATION : Manager, Digital Enablement (3-year contract), SMU Academy
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Focus on end-to-end project management
- Analyzes business requirements and provides relevant solutions (process / technical solutions)
- Establishes project milestones and deliverables with line of business
- Manages schedule & scope
- Manages project communication and Business Integration (deployment plan, maintenance plan, SMUA internal stakeholders training)
- Conducts Quality Assurance during implementation
- Plans, manages, and communicates project risks including change requests to both internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Manages cross clusters stakeholders including business users (sales/ operations/ marketing), support teams and IITS
- Liaises with team members to ensure that tasks and deliverables are proceeding according to project plans
- Manages vendors, system integrators and digital agencies
- Builds relationships with internal & external stakeholders and resolves any issues associated with the projects
- Understands business processes and back-room (operations) systems including their limitations
- Provides expertise recommendation in digital domains (ecommerce, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, web usability)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Diploma or Degree with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent business analytical skills
- Data-driven
- Ability to translate business requirements and communicate to IITS / Vendors counterparts
- Some knowledge in the MARTEC space would be ideal
- Project Management skills (not necessary with PMP certification)
- Role will be required to present to the leaders (Clusters Leads, Pillar Heads/Leads and Executive Director) on findings and recommendation of solutions
- Prior hands-on experiences on CRM, Marketing Automation, IPaaS, Data and Web Analytics tools
