DESIGNATION : Executive / Senior Executive, Operations (1-year contract), SMU Academy
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Register and maintain online records of participants
- Manage logistics matters ranging from room bookings to facility and security coordination
- Provide regular and timely updates to participants on class schedules, venues, and any changes to the class dates
- Prepare and disseminate materials (e.g. attendance list, feedback forms, course materials, etc.) prior to the start of the class and during class itself
- Administer and collate course evaluation results
- Create course sessions, enroll participants, upload of attendances and assessment results onto SSG's Training Partners Gateway
- Manage certificates issuance after each programme run
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to ramp up productivity and operational efficiency
- As the Academy runs some programmes outside office hours, applicant may require to work on 4-5 weekday nights/weekends in a month
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma / Degree with at least 2 years of work experience
- Adaptable and flexible
- Possess good level of written and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous
- Keen on process improvement and efficiency
- Able to work collaboratively with others
- Able to work with data to interpret and generate reports
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to adapt to changes well
- Familiarity with Learning Management System and TP Gateway would be advantageous
