**About the role**
Reporting to the Global VP, this role will manage one of our global industrial key accounts, working closely with internal and external stakeholders across 5 continents to ensure a complete network of operational excellence, innovation, and development in freight forwarding, logistics and supply chain activities.
**What you will be doing**
- Establish a complete and detailed mapping of all business stakeholders at HQ, Regional and Country level of the client.
- Participate in new traffic implementation process with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Work in close collaboration with the Control towers teams and the customer, participate to design of new processes, ensuring all SOP and KPI are adhered to, shortfalls are corrected on priority.
- Lead monthly business reviews, quarterly business review, and reviews of KPIs
- Build long term partnership with our customer’s management teams.
- Obtain expert knowledge in the relevant forwarding and logistics products and where applicable, recommend best practices for implementation.
- Drive elaboration of new proposals and commercial offers
**Essential**
- At least a Bachelor’s in Business / Logistics / Engineering
- At least 7 years of related work experience in Freight Forwarding (Both Air & Sea Freight) & Contract Logistics
- At least 5 years of work experience in Global Account Management in a MNC, with a proven track record
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure, independently and as a team player
- Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
**Desirable**
- Working proficiency of French language will be a plus due to frequent communications with HQ in Paris
- Prior experience working in Asia would be a plus
- Knowledge in Supply Chain Management will be a plus
