**Overall Job Responsibility**:

- You will be part of the team that brings together like-minded stakeholders, community and corporate partners to drive inclusion and build community connectedness for persons with disabilities and their caregivers within Enabling Village. Enabling Village is the first inclusive community space dedicated to integrating persons with disabilities into the society. We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, passionate and versatile individual to manage the tenancy and programming in Enabling Village. This includes seeking like-minded corporate and community partners to take up the space to catalyse new training and employment opportunities for persons with disabilities, as well as conceptualising and implementing programmes.**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Placemaking and Programming**
- Build public awareness, advocacy and action towards disability and inclusion through inclusive programmes and events at Enabling Village
- Oversee the implementation of the placemaking strategy for Enabling Village, which includes development, lead generation, partnership development with key partners not limited to tenants, corporates, community groups, and government agencies/authorities

**Tenancy Management**
- Plan and implement tenancy and trade mix that contribute to the vision of Enabling Village
- Implement and review rental framework
- Review tenancy strategies, including contract terms, conditions and performance indicators to ensure terms are relevant in meeting the corporate objectives
- Identify prospective tenants, facilitate and conduct site viewings, lead negotiations and follow up on documentation to take up the space
- Engage tenants on performance discussion, tenancy renewals, issuance and follow up on other tenancy related documentation
- Account management of tenants and tenancy liaison, handling tenancy-related issues and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
- Administer support/grant mechanisms for tenants

**Others**
- Assist in the preparation of reports to external and internal stakeholders
- Undertake other roles as and when required

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline
- Possess at least 5 years of working experience in similar capacity. Experience in placemaking, programming, tenancy, business and/or partnership development, contract management and marketing is preferred
- Strong interest in impacting the lives of persons with disabilities and caregivers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
- Creative thinker, ability to analyse and problem solve
- Self-motivated and proactive, with strong project management skills
- Able to contribute as part of a team, while working independently with minimum supervision
