**Overall Job Responsibility**:
You will be part of the Enabling Village division that bring together like-minded stakeholders, community and corporate partners to drive inclusion and build community connectedness for persons with disabilities and their caregivers within Enabling Village.

Enabling Village is the first inclusive community space dedicated to integrating persons with disabilities into the society. We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, passionate and versatile individual to strategize and implement marketing plans for Enabling Village and i’mable Collective initiative.

i’mable Collective initiative works to nurture and develop a community of artists and makers with disabilities to showcase their talents and strengthen their abilities in artisanal fields. This multi-sectoral platform comprises partners in the people, public and private sectors who, together with persons with disabilities, are motivated to collaborate and contribute towards the development of a viable market for quality merchandise that are created by persons with disabilities, supporting their meaningful vocation.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for Enabling Village and i’mable Collective
- Engage and appoint creative and social media agencies to market Enabling Village and i’mable Collective
- Work with vendors to carry out marketing campaigns, design and production of collaterals within stipulated timelines
- Draw up plans to promote campaigns and product launches
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
- Collaborate with media organizations and community partners to profile Enabling Village and i’mable Collective
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, partners and vendors on various marketing initiatives
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
- Manage budgets and generate reports for updates
- Undertake other roles as and when required

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Possess at least 8 years of experience in marketing or marketing communications
- Possesses excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Have an eye for good design and copywriting
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Self-motivated, take initiatives, and determined
- Organised, able to multi-task, resourceful and work within tight deadlines
- Able to contribute as part of a team, while working independently with minimum supervision
