**Overall Job Responsibility**:
Be part of a dynamic and passionate team driving social impact at Enabling Village, Singapore’s first fully inclusive community space dedicated to integrating persons with disabilities into society. We are committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and connectedness for individuals with disabilities and their caregivers.
- As we embark on an exciting new chapter with the launch of a new extension under the Enabling Village Masterplan, we are looking for a creative, motivated, and driven individual to join us in the role of **Assistant Manager/Manager (Enabling Village).**
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- **Cultivate Meaningful Relationships**: Build and nurture strong connections with the Enabling Village tenant community, external programming partners, and community groups. Work collaboratively to conceptualise, design, and implement inclusive programmes that empower and uplift persons with disabilities and their caregivers.
- ** Lead Programming Initiatives**: Manage and execute an Open Call initiative - ‘Invitation for Programmes’ - and explore diverse forms of collaborations with partners ranging from tenants, corporates, community groups, and government agencies.
- ** Event and Partnership Management**: Develop and execute impactful partnerships to deliver inclusive events, workshops, and activities that align with the mission of Enabling Village.
- **Marketing**and**Outreach**: Liaise with the appointed marketing communications agency to effectively promote Enabling Village’s programmes, events, and tenant initiatives through strategic marketing channels.
- **Support Placemaking Efforts**: Contribute to various placemaking initiatives that enhance the overall Enabling Village experience, including infrastructure, wayfinding, community engagement, and tenancy matters.
- ** Administrative**and**Scheduling Support**: Provide necessary administrative support for the department, including scheduling, coordination, and general assistance to ensure smooth operations of all ongoing initiatives.
**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:
- Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline
- Possess at least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity. Experience in placemaking, programming, tenancy, marketing and/or partnership development, contract management is preferred
- A passionate and innovative individual who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving and programme development experience, particularly in the context of inclusive, community-focused initiatives.
- Proficiency in event management, partnership development, and marketing communications.
- A commitment to inclusion and social impact, with a genuine interest in empowering persons with disabilities and their caregivers.
- Able to work on weekends as needed to support events and programmes (with off-in-lieu days)
