As a disability learning hub, we rally partners from the education, business and disability sectors to provide responsive and quality learning opportunities for persons with disabilities, and to enable their network of support through training.

Enabling Academy aims to bring fresh ideas and build capabilities in the training space to:

- Provide diverse lifelong learning opportunities for persons with disabilities that support them in their personal growth and professional development
- Upskill the network of support - including employers, sector professionals such as job coaches and caregivers - around persons with disabilities
- Facilitate the practice of accessibility and inclusion among training providers

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead and oversee a diverse range of strategic initiatives critical for ensuring the long-term sustainability of training programmes, including playing a pivotal role in building annual and long-term strategic plans in a highly dynamic industry
- Formulation and management of key performance indicators (KPIs) within the division, facilitating the analysis and reporting of performance in alignment with established plans, budgets, and strategic objectives.
- Research and analyse emerging trends, tools, and industry best practices; develop conceptual frameworks, and conduct analyses to identify new training opportunities and execute the recommendations, review and refresh current training curricula. Formulate strategy to support the development and implementation of training programmes for persons with disabilities and their network of support.
- Develop strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders, encompassing Social Service Agencies, training providers, and social enterprises, with the aim of amplifying training opportunities and extending the profound influence of our training initiatives within the community.
- Take the lead in planning, managing and executing grants administration, ensuring the timely delivery of project deliverables and adherence to established timelines.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives and pivotal divisional events, including Disability Professional Network sessions.
- Undertake other roles and responsibilities as and when required

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Degree holder in any discipline
- Possess at least 10 years of experience (preferably in the disability sector) in either training, grant administration, strategy, consulting, new service/product development or similar industries with supervisory/leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills and project management skills
- Strong strategic and analytical orientation coupled with exceptional communication skills as well as a highly developed collaborative nature
- Able to contribute as part of a team, while working independently on individual responsibilities with minimum supervision
