The Opportunity: *
IronNet is hiring an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) in Singapore to expand our enterprise account base across APJ. As ISR you will be responsible for creating net-new business opportunities from the combination of a multi-prong outbound prospecting approach and the follow-up and nurture of inbound leads. The ISR will be responsible for working opportunities through full sales cycles and closing new business. This role is key to continuing our mission and expanding our growth.

- Quickly learn IronNet’s value proposition and generate excitement around our unique opportunity.
- Research assigned business segment and develop a multi-pronged, outbound prospecting plan that generates a 3.5x pipeline of net-new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle for multiple new logo opportunities simultaneously, from initial contact through negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Connect the dots for prospective customers and successfully overcome objections.
- Follow-up, prospect, nurture and qualify inbound leads.
- Provide closed-loop feedback to management for continuous process improvement and optimization.
**You may be the person we are looking for if your background aligns with the following experience and competencies**:
- Proven track record of success achieving quotas or KPI targets in a business-to-business (B2B) software sales or sales development role.
- Leverage storytelling with prospective customers
- Cybersecurity process and terminology
- Pre-call planning (deep account and prospect research)
- Opportunity qualification and objection handling (discovery)
- Call structure and control
- Presentation skills
- Time and territory management
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Formal sales education or training is a plus
**You may be the person we need if you**:
- Have a track record of success as an Inside Sales Rep or Junior Field Sales Rep selling cybersecurity products to enterprise customers
- Thrive in high-transaction sales environments focused on new business
- Use creative methods and approaches to close new business
- Have taken part in formal sales training and have progressed from Sales Development to Inside Sales
- Leverage a well-defined, repeatable sales process that delivers results
- Understand how to differentiate products to close deals
- Are mission and values focused, as well as tenacious and have a can-do attitude
- Communicate effectively in a variety of ways and are extremely detail oriented
